Commercial Valuer – Manchester (Hybrid)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Valuer to join a growing Manchester-based valuation team, with flexible hybrid working.
Reporting to the Partner, you will play a key role in expanding the regional valuation business, providing valuation advice across a broad range of commercial investment and mixed-use property. The role will primarily focus on loan security valuations, alongside work for acquisitions, tax and expert reports.

Provide well-supported valuation advice

Contribute to business development and fee generation
Requirements

MRICS or FRICS and RICS Registered Valuer

Strong experience in commercial investment and mixed-use valuations

Established market presence, ideally in the North West

Proven client-facing and business development capability
-
Proficient in Argus (Developer & Capitalisation), KEL and Valos
-
Full understanding of RICS Valuation Standards and UK GAAP/IFRS
