Our client is a discreet, high-calibre expert witness consultancy advising leading law firms and major corporates on complex, high-value disputes. They operate at the premium end of the market - partner-led, intellectually rigorous, and strategically focused.
We are now seeking a senior, standalone Group Head of Marketing to define and deliver their marketing strategy as they look to scale and develop the business.
This is a strategic and hands-on role working directly with the CEO and Partners.
The Role
You will own and drive the full marketing agenda, including:
- Developing and executing the overall marketing strategy
- Protecting and elevating the brand and market positioning
- Leading all external communications and thought leadership
- Managing website, SEO, LinkedIn and digital presence
- Shaping expert content into compelling, market-facing material
- Supporting high-level pitches and credentials
- Overseeing CRM and client communications Delivering PR, profile-raising and curated events
- Monitoring performance and reporting directly to leadership
This is not a team management role. It is a leadership role without bureaucracy.
The Individual
Significant senior marketing experience within professional services Ideally exposure to expert witness, legal, engineering, construction or consultancy environments. Ideally
- Strong digital capability (website, LinkedIn, SEO, analytics)
- Exceptional written and editorial skills
- Comfortable influencing senior partners and subject matter experts
- Commercially aware, highly organised, and confident operating autonomously
- You must be equally comfortable shaping strategic positioning.
