Electrical Engineering Expert Witness
Location: London, UK or Hybrid
Firm: Specialist Dispute Resolution Consultancy

Our specialist dispute resolution consultancy client is looking to appoint an Electrical Engineering Expert Witness to strengthen its expert advisory offering. This is an opportunity to apply your electrical engineering expertise in a forensic, client-facing role supporting high-value disputes in construction, energy, transport, and technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide independent expert opinion on electrical engineering issues in support of legal proceedings.

  • Draft clear, defensible expert reports and rebuttals.

  • Review and analyse project data and technical specifications.

  • Present oral evidence under cross-examination when required.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Electrical Engineer or similar professional accreditation.

  • 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering project delivery, design, or management.

  • Experience in dispute resolution or expert witness work is preferred, but structured support is available for candidates transitioning from an industry background.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.
