Expertise - M&E

Recruiting for specialist M&E subcontractors in addition to in-house Technical M&E departments for Main Contractors/Developers has always been a core part of what North Gate has offered, however in recent years this has extended to consultancy, both pre-contract M&E cost consultancy and M&E design. North Gate has recruited at Project, Management, Director, Managing Director, and Board level for niche, medium sized and blue chip organisations in this market. As a business we have a credible reputation and strong network in this industry which allows us to instill trust in our target candidates and give them the confidence to work with us when looking for new opportunities.

We have worked over a number of years in London and the regions for two or three select contractors since our inception, covering a broad range of both electrically and mechanically biased roles across Estimating, Commercial, Business Development and Operations.
