With a growing team across Scotland in Business Rates, they are now looking to strengthen their Scottish team with a number of high-calibre professionals. The role works across a diverse client base and multiple asset classes, working closely with senior figureheads in the business, offering a rare chance to gain real visibility, and move onwards in a global business.

What will you be doing?
- Building strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
- Conduct property inspections to assess condition, compliance, and value
- Identify structural defects and provide clear, reasoned professional opinions on property suitability
- Manage and oversee building projects, ensuring construction quality and best practice
- Administer building contracts, including certification of practical completion
- Advise clients on building maintenance, repairs, and improvement strategies
What do you need to succeed?
- Previous experience in Business Rates (desirable, but not essential)
- Ideally 2–3 years’ PQE Background in the property sector, preferably private practice, with strong commercial awareness
- Scotland-based (or able to commute easily within Scotland)
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills (written and verbal) Strong organisation, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive, results-driven mindset Full UK driving licence
