Holiday Park Sales Manager

Salary: £42,000–£45,000 basic | OTE: £70,000–£95,000+

Ready to lead, inspire and drive sales in a vibrant holiday park environment?

We’re looking for an ambitious Holiday Park Sales Manager to take ownership of sales performance, lead a high-energy team, and deliver an outstanding customer journey from first enquiry to handover.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on targets, enjoys developing people, and knows how to turn great customer experiences into consistent sales success.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for the commercial performance of holiday home sales at the park, while building a motivated, professional and results-focused team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, motivating and developing a team of sales advisors 

  • Driving sales performance through coaching, training and regular 1-to-1s

  • Planning and executing marketing activity to maximise lead generation

  • Managing stock availability and ensuring accurate, compelling marketing across channels

  • Overseeing the full customer journey, including finance options and after-sales support

  • Analysing sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities

  • Ensuring compliance, accuracy and excellent standards throughout the sales process

About You

You’re a confident, commercially minded sales lead who knows how to get the best out of people. Ideally you will bring:

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2C environment

  • Strong commercial and financial awareness

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills

  • Resilience, energy and a genuine passion for customer experience

  • Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods
