We’re seeking a high-calibre Senior Building Surveyor to strengthen our clients Manchester team. This is a pivotal role offering exposure to high-profile projects across multiple sectors, combining professional services and project delivery within a dynamic, client-focused environment.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in delivering first-class building surveying services, with a strong focus on contract administration and refurbishment projects across a diverse property portfolio. Alongside technical delivery, you’ll help drive business growth, support client relationships, and contribute to the ongoing success of the team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and delivering high-quality building surveying services across varied assets
  • Acting as Contract Administrator on refurbishment schemes
  • Managing client relationships and contributing to new business development
  • Overseeing project delivery for investor and occupier clients
  • Supporting financial performance and profitability initiatives
  • Mentoring graduates and contributing to team development
  • Representing the business at industry and networking events

What We’re Looking For

  • MRICS qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong experience across both professional and project-led surveying work
  • Commercially aware with excellent client-facing skills
  • Self-sufficient, proactive, and collaborative
  • Able to manage multiple instructions with precision and pace
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
