Excellent Basic Salary + Overtime & Standby Payments
Overtime: Paid at Time and a Half
Call-Out: 1-in-5 Rota
Location: East Anglia (Norfolk & Suffolk)
About the Role
We are seeking two experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers to join our long standing clients expanding service team. In this field-based position, you will work across Norfolk and Suffolk, carrying out installation, maintenance, and repair on a variety of commercial and industrial refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform installation, planned preventive maintenance (PPM), and reactive service/repair on refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
Work on a wide range of equipment, including:
- Split systems
- VRV/VRF units
- Cold rooms
- Freezers
- Chillers
Accurately diagnose faults and carry out efficient repairs.
Complete service reports and job sheets in a timely and accurate manner.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
Ensure all work complies with current industry regulations and Health & Safety standards.
Requirements
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent).
F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential).
Proven experience working on commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
Full UK driving licence.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Good communication skills and a strong customer service focus.

This is an excellent firm with a great culture, we are ideally looking for reliable, self-motivated engineers who are comfortable working independently but also welcome applications from more junior staff looking to push themselves. Confidence with both refrigeration and air-conditioning systems is essential. Experience with catering equipment and wash-ware is helpful but can be taught in-house for candidates who meet the primary technical requirements.
