Executive Director and Head of Delay Expert Services

Responsibilities
- Providing Expert Witness testimony and support to a broad client base in the construction and engineering sectors.
- Working on behalf of tier 1 law firms, Insurers and other clients on high value £multi-million disputes, investigations and arbitrations.
- Becoming a key member of both the UK leadership team and head of the Delay Expert team in the UK reporting to the Head of UK Dispute Resolution and Forensics.
- Business development and helping to market the business domestically where required
- Assisting with development and management of new and existing consultants.
Requirements
- Degree / professionally qualified ideally with additional qualifications in construction law.
- A career demonstrating progression and a high level of technical aptitude.
- Someone used to working closely with construction lawyers, contractors, investors
- Someone who has ideally been cross-examined
- Knowledge of contracts, construction processes, construction law.
- A confident and articulate communicator with exceptional verbal and written English language skills.
- At least part of your background is likely to have been spent with a main contractor in the building, infrastructure, oil & gas or power sector.
