Having enjoyed sustained success, the business is now seeking an accomplished Director to lead and develop its London Building Surveying team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the London Building Consultancy team.
  • Drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop the next generation of building surveying talent.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across complementary disciplines to deliver an integrated client offering.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth and leadership of the wider business.

About You

We are interested in speaking with experienced Directors or existing Partners with:

  • Degree and MRICS qualification.
  • A strong technical background across commercial building consultancy.
  • Demonstrable business development and client relationship skills.
  • Ideally experience leading, mentoring and developing teams.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and a desire to build something meaningful with a long term outlook.
  • The credibility and gravitas to operate at senior level with peers, clients and colleagues alike.
