Having enjoyed sustained success, the business is now seeking an accomplished Director to lead and develop its London Building Surveying team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the London Building Consultancy team.
- Drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities.
- Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop the next generation of building surveying talent.
- Collaborate with colleagues across complementary disciplines to deliver an integrated client offering.
- Contribute to the strategic growth and leadership of the wider business.
About You
We are interested in speaking with experienced Directors or existing Partners with:
- Degree and MRICS qualification.
- A strong technical background across commercial building consultancy.
- Demonstrable business development and client relationship skills.
- Ideally experience leading, mentoring and developing teams.
- Entrepreneurial drive and a desire to build something meaningful with a long term outlook.
- The credibility and gravitas to operate at senior level with peers, clients and colleagues alike.
