North Gate Executive Search are happy to announce an extremely exciting position for a respected and established Oil & Gas company based in Aberdeen. This company has grown throughout the years and continues to drive its success every year by winning new contracts and extending projects with existing clients.
Responsibilities
Supporting the business with the development of transformation projects such as management systems and procurement guidance.
Drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements with new entrants and existing customers, for transportation and processing of pipeline liquids and for the sale and purchase of derived raw gas.
Assisting and advising on the negotiation of procurement contracts as required (including on and offshore EPC) in connection with critical projects being executed
Assisting the Business Director and Business Manager with special projects.
Qualifications
This role requires an individual with the knowledge, experience and confidence to interact with senior level leaders both within the business and its customer/supplier base.
This role requires a good knowledge of commercial law and oil and gas in the UKCS.
Applicants should be educated to degree level and be a solicitor with at least 5 years’ experience working in a commercial law firm, or in-house with a large-sized business.
