Overview
Our client seek an experienced and strategically minded leader to head their Private Client Department.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing a team across several offices
- Setting and implementing strategic direction.
- Ensuring high standards in areas including trusts, wills, probate & estate planning.
- Handling client relationships and customer management
- Leading and conducting business development
- The role will include growth, technical skill and supervision
- Running your own caseload
Requirements
- Proven leadership credentials and able to manage a talented team
- Strong expertise in private client law ideally including Trusts.
- A collaborative and people oriented approach to work
- Confidence in managing performance, mentoring staff, and growing a team
- Minimum 7 years PQE Solicitor in England and Wales
