Overview

Our client seek an experienced and strategically minded leader to head their Private Client Department.

Responsibilities 

  • Leading and managing a team across several offices 
  • Setting and implementing strategic direction.
  • Ensuring high standards in areas including trusts, wills, probate & estate planning.
  • Handling client relationships and customer management 
  • Leading and conducting business development
  • The role will include growth, technical skill and supervision
  • Running your own caseload

Requirements 

  • Proven leadership credentials and able to manage a talented team
  • Strong expertise in private client law ideally including Trusts.
  • A collaborative and people oriented approach to work 
  • Confidence in managing performance, mentoring staff, and growing a team
  • Minimum 7 years PQE Solicitor in England and Wales
