Projects, Infrastructure and Construction Associate Solicitor
South West - Bristol + Exeter
£48,000 - £55,000 per annum

The Role:


This is a challenging role, offering excellent quality of clients and work to advise on. You will have a busy but varied caseload working on major national and international projects across industry sectors including energy, infrastructure, advanced manufacturing and technology, waste management, leisure, education and real estate. You could be operating on a contentious, non-contentious or mixed workload, depending on your experience and your ambitions for growth.


You will meet with clients regularly and undertake and lead business development initiatives to develop new clients. Your targets are achievable to ensure you can focus on the long term benefits for you and the firm and not just whether you have billed enough hours in a day!


About you:


In order to be a success in this exciting new role you will demonstrate the following:


 A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience within a construction practice from a recognised firm.
 Able to demonstrate a focused client centric approach.
 A strong commercial acumen.
 Experience in either contentious, non-contentious or a mixed workload - our client is looking for lawyers in both areas

Restructuring Associate Solicitor
2-8 years PQE


This is an exciting opportunity for a Restructuring Lawyer to join a highly rated Restructuring team based in Manchester. The award-winning team spans across the UK and beyond and you’ll be joining one of the largest teams of any practice, made up of over 40 lawyers.


The firms restructuring team advises financial institutions, turnaround and insolvency practitioners, company directors, shareholders and other stakeholders on strategies for recovery and turnaround. They act for all major banks and a variety of other lenders. The team are becoming more involved in complex, high value restructurings at the very early stages of financial decline in order to provide innovative solutions and, in many cases, avoid the insolvency process completely.


You will ideally have gained experience in a National firm or large regional practice, be commercially aware and a team player with have a strong client focussed approach. You will have broad financial restructuring experience and will ideally have between 2-8 years PQE.
