One of the founders of North Gate in 2006, Barry has 14 years experience of recruitment within Construction and Engineering having previously led a Construction Practice for Ellis Fairbank Plc. He has completed over 100 searches for Director positions covering a broad range of sectors and locations, largely across Building, Civils, M&E and Consultancy.

Barry has an intimate networking and understanding of the global Dispute Resolution consultancy marketplace. Key assignments completed in this sector including Replacing the Head of Expert Witness Services for a specialist consultant, Identifying someone to take a top global consultancy into Europe; Identifying a new MD for a start up in Africa and identifying a number of key Business Unit Leads covering specialist services relating to construction, engineering, architectural and property disputes.
