North Gate Strategic HR was established in 2013 to provide independent people management and HR leadership, strategy & support to a range of Client, Consultant and Contractor organisations in the International Construction, Property & Engineering sectors.

Typical clients are either SME’s who value their people and understand the importance of how staff function in their organisation however cannot justify a full time experienced HR Director, or larger organisations who need advice and assistance or a unbiased point of view in respect of large political HR issues.

North Gate Strategic HR is led by Steve Dunning whose HR skills and Resourcing experience have been gained over 25 years both in the UK and internationally across a variety of sectors working in large corporate organisations & SME’s, including contractors, consultants and suppliers. Steve also has substantial Executive Search experience at corporate level.

The services we provide are completely flexible and can be tailored to your individual requirements. They can range from a sounding board on the telephone when you need a knowledgeable and impartial HR professional ear, or we can provide full time or part time dedicated on site resource in the form of an Interim HR Director/Manager/Administrator. We provide assistance in the following areas:
